For over 20 years, Chris has specialized in structuring commercial real estate transactions for both publicly traded and privately held companies. Throughout his career, he has represented businesses exclusively in leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions - completing over 10 million square feet of assignments to date. Chris has advised numerous large organizations with workforces in the thousands, supporting critical real estate initiatives, including several projects exceeding 200,000 square feet in scope. He has completed assignments for clients nationwide and has worked in most major U.S. markets. His expertise includes lease negotiations, deal strategy, market assessment, site selection, and the purchase and sale of commercial properties.
Prior to founding Real Estate iQ, Chris previously held the position of Director at Savills, a global real estate firm, before joining Cresa as Principal, where he continued to specialize in representing businesses in their commercial real estate transactions.
Chris holds an undergraduate degree from Miami University. In his free time, Chris enjoys traveling, saltwater fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Connor Hofmann, a fourth-generation San Diego native, has held real estate positions with prominent firms such as Soltek Pacific and Cresa Global before founding Real Estate iQ. Connor’s real estate practice group has played an active role in San Diego’s startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem, managing leasing, acquisitions, and sales transactions for a diverse range of businesses.
His clients include VCI, a national telecommunications provider, Industry Threadworks, Blenders Eyewear, Timber Sweet Consulting, and Computers 2 Kids, where Connor currently serves on the board of directors.
Outside commercial real estate, Connor has been a member of the Holiday Bowl Committee in San Diego for 4 years, an organization comprised of both civic and business leaders throughout the community.
Connor's background includes 6 years of professional baseball and being drafted by the San Diego Padres. Connor attended the University of Oregon on a baseball scholarship and graduated cum laude. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.
