Chris Musgjerd
During his 20 year career, Chris has executed more than 1,000 transactions with an aggregate value of $1 billion.
Chris advises clients ranging from fast-growing companies to large corporations with thousands of employees, overseeing critical and complex real estate initiatives, including multiple assignments exceeding 200,000 square feet.
His expertise encompasses lease negotiations, transaction strategy, market evaluation, site selection, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.
Prior to founding Real Estate iQ, Chris spent more than a decade in leadership roles at several global real estate firms, where he represented businesses exclusively in their commercial real estate transactions.
Chris earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, saltwater fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
Connor Hofmann
Connor Hofmann, a fourth-generation San Diego native, has held positions with leading investment, development, and brokerage firms, giving him a well-rounded and comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
Connor’s real estate practice group has been actively involved in San Diego’s startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem, handling leasing, acquisitions, and sales transactions for clients such as VCI, Industry Threadworks, Blenders Eyewear, Timber Sweet Consulting, and Computers 2 Kids, where Connor currently serves on the board of directors.
Outside commercial real estate, Connor has been a member of the Holiday Bowl Committee in San Diego for 4 years, an organization comprised of both civic and business leaders throughout the community.
Connor's background includes 6 years of professional baseball and being drafted by the San Diego Padres. Connor attended the University of Oregon on a baseball scholarship and graduated cum laude. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.
